How to order at First Stop Fashion?

1st time ordering
• Use the Shop menu on the navigation bar to select a specific shopping area and the chose an item you want to buy.
• Click on the main photo or others below it if available, of the product you would like to view in greater detail.
• Select your colour, size & quantity, then click “Add to bag”. To continue shopping, simply go to another product or shopping page and repeat adding items to your cart in the same way.
• When you have finished, select review bag, and see your chosen products in your shopping bag, then click “proceed to checkout” and follow the instructions to create your account and make a purchase. We recommend using your email address as your username.
Already a registered customer
• Log into your – FIRST STOP FASHION account in the “My Account” section of the shopping menu or “click here to login” prompt above the screen form with your selected username (usually Email Address) and Password.
• Click on the main photo or other below it of the product you would like to view in greater detail.
• Select your colour, size & quantity, then click “Add to bag”. To continue shopping, simply go to another product or shopping page and repeat adding items to your cart in the same way.
• When you have finished, select review bag, and see your chosen products in your shopping bag, then click “proceed to checkout”, or simply click “proceed to checkout” and follow the instructions to login to your account.

Order Process
Can I track my order? Yes you can track every order in the shopping section by entering your order id and/or billing email address.
I cannot log into my account? Email us on info@firststopfashion.co.uk and we will reset your password.
I can’t place items in my cart? Email us on info@firststopfashion.co.uk for further advice.
I didn’t receive an email confirmation for my order? Check your junk email. If the problem is not solved email us at: info@firststopfashion.co.uk for further advice.
Having issues with payment? Double check that you have entered the correct billing address. If you continue to have problems email us at: info@firststopfashion.co.uk.
I appear to have been overcharged? Email us on info@firststopfashion.co.uk so we can sort this out as fast as possible.
Item missing in delivery? Email us on info@firststopfashion.co.uk and we will sort this out asap.
How do I amend my order? Unfortunately if the order is complete you would have to place a new one and follow our returns procedure.
Over-charged for postage? Email us on info@firststopfashion.co.uk and we will sort this out asap.
My order appears to have been cancelled but I haven’t cancelled it? Email us on info@firststopfashion.co.uk and we will sort this out asap.

Delivery

Issues with delivery? Email us at info@firststopfashion.co.uk and we will sort this out asap.

Change of address? Your address must be correct at the point of purchase to confirm your purchase. We aim for the shortest lead time possible from an order being confirmed. It is most likely your order has already been despatched to you.

Returns?
What is your returns policy? Please see our returns section for full details on returns. All returns must be registered and reference given before being returned to us.
Missed the returns deadline? Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns which are outside of the 15 day policy.
When will I get my refund? We will process your refund within 11 working days, from the date we receive the item/s back, subject to our returns policy
I need to return an item but do not have proof of purchase? Email us on info@firststopfashion.co.uk and we will advise on the best course of action.
I need to return a faulty item? Email us on info@firststopfashion.co.uk for us to help immediately.

No returns label/ returns form? Please email us on info@firststopfashion.co.uk and we will ensure you have everything you need.

Miscellaneous:
I’ve seen a product on the website but it isn’t available in my size? We are very sorry. Our products are purposefully in limited quantities to keep our customers exclusive! Email us and we will see what we can do to help.
Do you have an affiliate program? Yes. We are always looking for people to help us and themselves. Please email us on info@firststopfashion.co.uk
Can I have additional information on sizing? Yes, email us on info@firststopfashion.co.uk
Do you do student discount? Yes. Email us on info@firststopfashion.co.uk and we will give you your own discount code.
Do you charge VAT on non-EU purchases? VAT is charged on all products sold on the website.
